1. General Provisions and Definitions

This terms and conditions document forms a legally binding agreement between the mcwbn platform and its users. The definitions of key terms used throughout are provided below:

2. Eligibility and Registration

Age Requirement

Users must be at least 21 years old to register and use the services on mcwbn. This platform is strictly prohibited for minors. mcwbn takes the protection of minors from gaming very seriously and will make no exceptions in this regard.

Warning: Registering with false age or identity information will result in the immediate closure of the account and all deposited funds may be forfeited.

Registration Conditions

Each individual may open only one account. Opening multiple accounts by the same person is strictly prohibited.
All information provided at the time of registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date.
Users must register under their own identity — registration on behalf of another person or under a pseudonym is not acceptable.
Verification of an email address or phone number may be required at the time of registration.
The platform may request a national identity card or other government-issued documents for account verification at any time.

Geographic Restrictions

mcwbn primarily provides services to users located in Bangladesh. Access to the platform may be restricted from certain countries or regions. Users are responsible for confirming that use of such services is legal from their location.

3. Account Management

Security and Password

The user is solely responsible for keeping their account login credentials secure. Passwords should not be shared with anyone. If unauthorized access to the account is suspected, our support team must be notified immediately.

Updating Account Information

If any of the user's details change (such as mobile number or email), the platform must be notified as soon as possible. mcwbn will not be held responsible for any issues arising from outdated or incorrect information.

Identity Verification (KYC)

mcwbn may verify a user's identity (Know Your Customer) before deposits, withdrawals, or other services. This process may require submission of a national identity card, passport, or other government-issued documents. Certain services may be limited until verification is complete.

Privacy Guarantee: All documents you submit are protected via SSL encryption and are used solely for verification purposes.

4. Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

Deposit Rules

The minimum deposit amount for all payment methods on mcwbn is ৳300. Accepted payment methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer.

Please confirm the correct account number and amount when making a deposit.
Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted — only transactions from an account in the user's own name will be processed.
Deposit amounts are generally credited to the account within a few minutes; if there is a delay due to technical reasons, please contact support.

Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount for all payment methods is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes.

The account must be fully verified before a withdrawal can be made.
Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit (exceptions may apply in some cases).
The specified wagering requirement must be met before funds obtained from a bonus can be withdrawn.
mcwbn reserves the right to suspend or cancel a withdrawal in cases of fraud or suspicious activity.

5. Bonuses and Promotional Offers

Welcome Bonus

mcwbn offers new members a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳15,000. To receive this bonus, a deposit must be made for the first time after registration.

Wagering Requirement

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 10x. This means you must place bets totaling 10 times the bonus amount before it can be withdrawn. For example, if you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, you must wager ৳10,000 before withdrawing.

General Bonus Terms

Each bonus offer has a specific validity period; unused bonuses expire at the end of that period.
Claiming a bonus more than once from the same person, household, device, or IP address is prohibited.
Intentional irregularities in fulfilling bonus conditions may result in account cancellation and forfeiture of the bonus.

mcwbn reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotional offer at any time.

VIP Program

The mcwbn VIP program has three tiers: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. You can advance to higher tiers progressively through regular and active play.

Bronze Tier: Up to 0.3% weekly cashback.
Silver Tier: Up to 0.7% weekly cashback.
Gold Tier: Up to 1.0% weekly cashback.

6. Betting and Gaming Rules

General Gaming Policy

The outcome of all games on mcwbn is determined through a certified random number generator (RNG) or a live dealer system. The platform is committed to ensuring fair play.

Betting Limits

Each game and betting market has its own minimum and maximum betting limits, which are clearly stated in the game interface. Users may request to set their own betting limits.

Cancelled or Disputed Results

If a game session is incomplete due to a technical error, disconnection, or any other reason, the result of that round may be considered void. The funds for the relevant bet will be returned to the user's account.

Sports Betting

Specific rules apply to betting on cricket (including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup), football (including FIFA), and other sporting events. If a match or event is cancelled, the bet amount will be refunded (different rules may apply for some markets).

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the mcwbn platform:

Using any form of fraud, deception, or unauthorized techniques.
Abusing the bonus system or operating multiple accounts to gain an advantage.
Playing games using automated bots or software.
Attempting to hack or access another user's account.
Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial transactions.

Harassing, threatening, or discriminating against other users.
Participating in match fixing or any form of unethical betting activity.

Consequences: Involvement in any of the above activities will result in the immediate closure of the account, all deposited and won funds may be forfeited, and legal action may be taken.

mcwbn gives the highest priority to the protection of users' personal information. The platform uses SSL encryption to keep all data secure.

Data Collection and Use

Information collected during registration and while using the services is used solely for the purposes of account management, identity verification, transaction processing, and customer service.

Financial losses caused by the user's own negligence or carelessness.
Delays or losses caused by the failure of third parties (such as payment providers).
Service interruptions caused by unforeseen circumstances or force majeure (such as natural disasters or government directives).

In any circumstance, mcwbn's total liability will not exceed the account balance of the relevant user.

10. Account Suspension and Closure

mcwbn may suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

If a violation of any term is proven.
If the user is found to be involved in prohibited activities.
If registration was completed with false or incomplete information.
If KYC verification fails or documents are not submitted.
If the account remains inactive for a long period (more than 12 months).

Account Closure by User

Users may request account closure at any time via live chat or email. Any remaining balance should be withdrawn before closure. A Self-Exclusion option is also available as part of responsible gaming.
